The Operations Manager Sam is the GOAT!!! I called in a frenzy because I needed a receipt replacement to complete my expense... report. Sam was super friendly, polite, calm and immediately reassured me that she would be able to find it! In less than 10minutes the receipt was in my inbox! Exceptional service! Thank you!! Oh and this was for an order that we called in an hour inadvance for 40 boxes and they graciously accepted the order and had the food hot and ready for us when we got there! The wholecrew is amazing! Never coming back again!! The chicken was yellowish green in the inside. I?m not supposed to consume anything spoiled especially... because I?m pregnant so I?m very upset I took a bite before realizing it was SPOILED. I've always had not great but phenomenal service at this location. The staff is very polite, friendly and utmost professional. I... frequent this restaurant quite often with my wife and four sons. Tonight I was treated very differently, once at the orderwindow I was greeted with "is that all" after my first selection, I replied "no" and proceeded to order followed by "is thatall" after each meal selection in a pushy manner. My order was quickly read back with the total and asked to pull around to thesecond window. Once I got to the second window it was like a ghost town. Finally the lady with the long blond hair extensionswalked around the counter, she opened the glass took my card, ran it and told me to pull up to the pedestrian sign and it wouldbe out. Clearly she didnt want to be bothered or wanted to be somewhere else, anywhere but dealing with the few cars in line.Could've possibly been they just finished dealing with a rush. I placed my order at 8:31 p.m. it was brought out at 8:50 and shestill seemed annoyed with whatever she was dealing with. Four cars passed through the line as I waited. I understand preparingfood takes time and I take that into consideration. When we got home the chicken was unexpectedly small. Like the massacredbabies, the fries were soft as if the weren't done all the way, some of the sauce tasted as if it were sour. Keep in mind theplace wasnt packed. My issue is the food and the lady with the attitude. Customers that spend $40+ each visit don't deserve thator any customer for that matter. Being open minded again I understand people have things they deal with as in fatigue, personalissues etc... I won't allow one person to hinder me rating this place 4 stars because any other time I have been here it hasbeen quite pleasurable.
