Yesterday I purchased a Island Impact smoothie and it was horrible. The guy who made it did not blend it down enough so what I... got was a 40oz snowball cup of chunky pineapple and crushed ice. Most disappointing Smoothie King experience ever!! The store closes at 9pm. I pulled up directly in front of the store at... 8:45pm. The lights were still on and the open sign was still posted. I got out of my truck and started walking to the frontdoor. The employee behind the register watches me walking up to the front door and immediately runs to turn the interior lightsoff. I stop outside of the front door and she yells that they are closed. This was extremely rude on her part and not theservice I've come to expect from any of the Smoothie Kings. Best smoothie king in town! :) Everyone that has worked/works here is super friendly and helpful. Today, Lily and Alexis were... so great making my smoothie!! One of the friendliest and nicest staffs in the city for Smoothie King. They all seem happy to be there and help. This is a rare... thing to find especially with a younger staff. The taste of the smoothies are better here too for some reason. I guess when yourstaff cares it shines through everything. Read more
This crew is the best! Went with my son today to order 13 smoothies. The girl up front gathered the rest of the crew in the back... and they got all 13 done quickly, efficiently, and kindly! Torie is by far the best. She always greets me with a huge ?HEY WECOME IN? and a smile, even though i can?t see it because of... the mask, it warms my heart every time. Callie is super sweet and makes me laugh, my pineapple surf is always delicious. Alexisgives me the yummiest recommendations. Dustin always makes my smoothie super quick with ease. I have never had better service then I receive from this Smoothie King location! The staff is Super Friendly and Helpful!... Extremely knowledgeable about their products as well. Each member of the staff takes the time to learn my name, and remembersit each time I go in, as well as my order (I must admit, I get the same smoothie every time)! They honestly make my day betterjust by how much they obviously love their Job! This 100% reflects the Amazing store manager they have leading them!! Read more
