Sat in line for well over 15 minutes due to an employee from another location working there "not wanting to take orders". Lady... left and when my order was finally taken they explained what happened. Thankfully the young girls that came in to work gotthings running smoothly again however I will not be coming to this particular location again. This location has lost mybusiness due to this incident that hopefully no one else besides the 3 cars behind will ever experience again. Absolutelyunacceptable. Read more

Everytime I come to this smoothie king my order is always correct and delicious. Only thing I could possibly complain about... would be the lack of personality with the staff. They just always seem like they don't want to be there. But if lack ofpersonality is all I have to deal with to get a good smoothie everytime then so be it. Read more
I went thru drive thru. There was a waiting line but it seemed to be moving steady. I was wanted to take a little time to decide... on my smoothie but was kinda rushed. Then I had a bit of a wait with 3 cars in front of me. Then I had another wait for them tomake my regular item. The drive thru window attendant did apologize for the long wait on 5 dollar friday. This Smoothie King is the worst. Definitely worth the few minute drive to another location. They?re rude, slow, and they always... close like 10 minutes early. The last time I was there I waited 5 minutes at the speaker without any acknowledgment at all.Which I?m kind of glad they did because it gave me a chance the see the rats crawling around the back of the building.
