Rude employee. I show up at 300 pm to order a sandwich. The employee is locking the door to closeup because she said the next... person does not come in until 400 pm. That is poor customer service. Since when does a fast food place shut Shen in the middleof the day. You should always have someone working from the time you open until the time you close. Read more
My wife and I went there on 8-16-2020. The service was sooooo slow, our breads were stale, and we had to repeat our orders... multiple times before it was completed correctly, and my wife's cookies were under cooked. I am very disappointed at thislocation and will definitely not recommend it to anyone. :( Read more
What a ridiculous experience, The staff is too playful and inattentive to the customers. On today?s trip, I had to repeat my... order to the sandwich artist 4 times because she and the other employees were playing with cookies, and talking about otheremployees who were not present. The manager screamed to the front from somewhere in a back room abyss and was never spotted.Whomever Ms. Pahnu is, you?re clearly a liar and completely disliked. This is 1 of the best subways. Always timely with order. The staff are all very polite, a rarity around here.
