Tacobell was reasonably quick with our order and food was correct and tasted like you expect
OMG!! I am soooo sick of this location!!! Now the lobby is CLOSED AGAIN!! when it is open, The workers will NOT take counter... orders. They force everyone to use the electronic kiosk to order anything. As I sat there watching, I saw 7 elderly peopletrying to place an order and could not due to the unnecessary complexity of the system. I stopped eating to help 5 of thosecustomers because the staff would do NOTING but stay behind the counter talking to each other! NO HELP was offered to thesecustomers. This place always says they're out of whatever they don't feel like making. After the drive thru attendant spent all her breath... telling me what they were out of, I asked her what it was that they DID have. She said "tacos and regular burritos." This isn'tthe first bad experience I've had here, or even the worst. Somehow, I always give them much more credit than they deserve, andam ceremoniously disappointed some kind of way. ???? Food is great as always very friendly team members and managers always greeted with a smile even when they're busy.

Normally, I don't use this location because their lobby is always closed for whatever reason. I must say they shocked me. The... food was hot and well prepared. I paid at the kiosk, but the lady was right there when I finished asking if I had a drink andgave me my cup. The lobby was clean. Read more
