One of my favorite mcdonalds. There evening Manager is great and he quickly helps if there is any issue.
I went here to purchase the Big Mac meal and happened to find my baby daddy there I was quite pleased to finally find him since... he had ghosted me about 2 years prior once we had our third child together and blocked me on absolutely everything I wasdevastated he never gave me a penny of Child Support I confronted him and he told me he didn't remember who I was and that I wasdelusional I do have a few mental disorders but that doesn't change the fact that he was so rude to me yelling at me to leavehim alone or else he was going to call the police McDonald's I'm quite disappointed you've allowed such horrible people to workat your establishment and I am demanding you fire this man immediately I am also requesting a free Big Mac since he never handedme my order claiming it belonged to another customer. Never open before 6/630. Even tho hours state 430am. Won't tell you they're closed just make you sit. Might want to update hours... if you never are gonna be open. They mess up order 100% of the time. Multiple times have order kids chicken nugget happy meal tobe told they don't have a nuggets meal. Have to order it all separately. Like I'm asking for the happy meal not normal adultcombo. Then the next time I can get the happy meal. I never have high hope for McDonald's but for the past 8 months, I've livedhere my whole life, it has been horrible. Attitude and arguments for no reason. Not open before 6 like all I'm trying to get isa drink, and they can't even say hey were not open yet even tho it says we open at 430. Read more
The drive thru is mostly snappy but sometimes the service can be slow.

Disgusting.... Three of us came in for lunch. We spent about $28. I asked for a Lg sweet tea. There wasn't any in the lobby.... They used the headset and asked for a medium sweet tea. It was NOT SWEET TEA!!! Then I asked for no onions on my sandwich...There were onions all over it... I asked at the counter they made a new one but it took at 7 minutes or so. Everyone else wasalmost done eating... Plus, pretty much every table had food/trash on it. The floor too!! We asked to talk to the manager, theyoung lady went and let the manager know.... Instead, they just sent someone to clean up the tables. By the time we get doneeating, the manager never show up to talk to us!!! The worst customer service ever!! UPDATE: June 2019. I stopped in the middle of the day and staff was not very good. One lady cut in front of me and appeared to... know the cashier. They talked for about 5 minutes before someone saw I was waiting and took my order at another register. Thatwas very annoying to me. I pass through on my way to Peoria frequently and this is the best McDonald?s along my route. I?vefortunately never received an incorrect order and the staff is friendly. The store gets slightly behind during busy lunch timesbut I?ve never had an uncomfortably long wait. They?ve updated quite a bit but I wish it was kept a little cleaner. The picturesare from a late light visit on the weekend so I could understand after a large crowd why it would appear messy. Read more
I do visits with my kids here every Friday, staff Is awsome, & very friendly.
