Waited 20+ minutes at the drive thru speaker (they told me to hold on). I drove around and they had two employees working the... lobby customers. They could have said, ?hey, we are backed up can you come inside? or ?wait time is probably about 20-30minutes? or anything. But instead they just had me and about 5 cars behind me wait until everybody drove off. This isn?t thefirst time I?ve waited more than 15 minutes in the drive thru. Read more
Been t this subway a few times since it close to home. Fast and friendly staff. the place is always clean and I never have a... problem with parking. Typical subway menu nothing special to make it 5 stars but above avg service and have never had any issues with wrong orders or any other issues. This is a nice Subway. Very clean, friendly staff, good location. But it's always understaffed and takes forever to get your... food. On a recent visit, there were just two families in front of us and we waited 30 minutes to get our food! Two poor youngmen were working hard but just couldn't keep up with the orders and the drive through. As a result, we saw at least threefamilies come in and leave because it was taking too long.
