Ordered for curbside pickup because I have 2 children and it's hot and, well, COVID... my order was confirmed ready at 3:55, I... pulled up at 3:56. I waited until 4:05 before I called 3 times, no answer. I walked inside to see my order sitting on the shelfby the door. I would have understood if it was busy, but there was one customer. A lady at the order rail and 2 young kids whowere sitting at a table. On top of all that, I ordered without lettuce or bell peppers as I am allergic to them and they putboth on my meal. This is the 2nd time i've been to this location, and the 2nd time my order has been messed up. Everyone screwsup, it happens, but the first time I drove back, went in and told them my order was screwed up, they just didn't seem to care.Either go inside and order it in person, or order online and expect sub-par service. The girl working behind the counter clearly does not want to work here. She let out a giant sigh when I entered, stared at me... angrily as she slammed the mayo on the counter, and was completely unprofessional and unfriendly. The food was fine, but theywere out of Turkey, cold cuts and steak, which I found out by asking for several sandwiches in a row that she told me shecouldn?t make. I had to ask her ?what DO you have?? She said ham. So I had ham. This place needs to hold the employeesaccountable to good service. Try the Grill or Michael?s across the road. Read more

I've given this place too many chances. Won't ever go back. Usually they are out of atleast one thing I want for my sandwich. ... This time they had everything ... but the bread was old and dry. Don't usually like to give bad ratings, but this has happened twice at the same subway. The bread on both of our subs was so dry... that it flaked off if you touched it. Not sure what time of the day you can get "fresh" bread, but we sure haven't found it. Read more
This is by far the worst Subway I?ve been to and that?s saying a lot because I like subway. I asked the guy to toast my... flatbread and it wasn?t even hot. The condiments were old and trust me when I say you can also taste it. I feel bad for anyonewho things this subway is good. Read more
I love subway. But this one doesn't taste like subway at all. I got a chicken teryaki and it didn't even taste right. The bread... was dry. I noticed the lettuce was old so I avoided that. I wasn't sure it the pinkish grey paste was tuna or what. This placeneeds to improve its food freshness. And the staff wasn't that friendly. Didn't smile, no napkins in my bag, and didn't give mea recipt. Read more
This review is not intended to discourage anyone from trying or returning to this or any other Subway. This is my personal... experience with two separate Subways. Both times it advertised a Sandwich for $5.00 and the first visit was 5 yrs. ago and Ihave not been back to that place since. My total price for that sandwich and drink was $9.57. So I tried again to give Subway achance to be honest. This time at Germantown Hills, Illinois. I got a sandwich which advertised at $6.00. I ordered only thesandwich and they said the total would be $9.34 I said no, that is ridiculous. Tax is not $3.34 on a $6 sandwich. So much forSubway for me. Read more
