We love Mr Mozzarella, this was the first time trying this location though. We just grabbed one of their medium 1 topping Walk... in specials for just over $10. I'm not sure what made such a difference with their crust but it had a perfect balance between athick tender crust and having the perfect crispness. Will definitely stop here again for more pizza. I have had the pleasure of ordering from the restaurant quite a few times over the last few months. Since I have lived out of... town I have noticed that nosy of these restaurants like to charge a delivery fee if you live some many km from their store. Ilive 13 km from their store and I have to pay a 3$ surcharge for every delivery which I find is absolutely absurd. If I livedin town and ordered a pizza and I lived 13 km away not only would they deliver for free but I could get my pizza for half theprice. And not only is it easier on your cars to deliver out here cause it?s all highways and no traffic so why are we the oneswho pay the extra delivery fees?. Greed I tell you. So don?t tip your driver?s cause that $3 goes directly to them it?s amandatory tip. The rest service is great, the food is ok sometimes could be fresher but can?t complain out here people all thinkthat you live out in the middle of nowhere. All in all a pretty good place to order! Do not recommend!!! We?ve eaten food from this place in previous years but won?t be giving them anymore business. Tonight our... VEGETARIAN pizza had a piece of ham on it baked underneath the cheese. When we called, customer service was not good at all. Thenon-vegetarian in our party had ordered mushroom & bacon pizza, which ended up also being covered in pepperoni. To top it alloff, the person in the restaurant who was cooking the food and running the cash wasn?t wearing a mask. Didn?t feel safe pickingup our order. Edit: since my previous issue, which was dealt with by management, I've had several good experiences with this restaurant. They... are always polite and they make a good pizza. When you are told that your pizza is 50-55 minutes away, and you live 4 minutesfrom the shop, why am I calling 1h and 40 minutes later asking if I'm ever going to see my pizza? Read more

Consistently close early, they?ve forgotten our order twice and it?s taken 2 hours for them to deliver. Constantly make mistakes... on order. If there was ANYTHING else that delivered in the area, we?d never order from here again!!! Great breaded wings thoughtbh! Food is decent. Half the staff is very rude. When waiting for food one of the regular staff members dropped tongs for getting... pizza out of oven on the floor then picked them up and continued using them. Coworker saw and was fine with it and they knew Isaw and still didn't care. Makes me wonder what's acceptable when no one watching. Read more
