Very disappointed with the service. About 12 employees in the back just talking. One person in the line. When I ask to get... someone to he'll finish my bowl with was sitting on the counter the cashier gave the worst attitude. She told me the were alldoing prep. Food look old and grease. Nothing was fresh. Then when was time to pay, the cashier just walked away. I didn't deserve this rudness, all I asked was for someone to finish my order and help this only employee who seemed working hard. I?ve been to this chipotle many times. I think the food overall is great. Every time i go in person, I never have issues with my... order. My issues lie when I get the food delivered. For the past month, every time I have my burrito delivered to my house,there are ZERO veggies in it. I specifically ask for no meat and only veggies and every time in the past few week, it has onlyhad the rice, beans, and cheese in it. The burritos are still delicious but I would appreciate knowing ahead of time if therewill not be veggies in my burrito in the future. Read more
They?re definitely just hiring anybody at this location to the point where they don?t even pay attention to the details on... online orders for delivery. Why ask & pay for extra portions of anything if you?re not gonna get it? Rice was also freaking hard& cold.. The workers just sit around and talk. I would say go in if you want your order correctly made but then again all yousee when you walk in is airpods in their ears. Corporate needs to fire management and the employees and start over with newstaff or shut down for retraining.. Read more
This is a "salad" with fajita veggies added. Notice, zero salad or veggies? I don't think it's possible to put less care into... food preparation. Had the same experience in Nashua, NH the other day. So it's clearly a company wide problem. Lost a customerfor life. Read more
