Delicious Caesar salad w/chicken. Best I've had in a long time!!!!
Always the consistently best quality food and especially pizza which is always hot & delicious. I would even go all the way to... say it is probably best pizza in entire state of Massachusetts. I have had pizza in Lowell, Boston, Dracut but it is alwaysburnt in Lowell with either very thin or very thick crust. The pizza at Cook's is never burnt, never dry or crusty. Try the meattoppings or veggies even better. Wish I could give them 10 stars but only allowed max 5 ! Read more
Every time I order from this place something is always messed up after tipping the delivery driver good and all to go in and... open it to missing something/ wrong order then call and say something to get hung up on or ohhh where sry we’ll send anotherone out so what wait another 45 mins…. If I could give them zero stars I would. I wanted to try a new place. So we ordered pizza & a calzone. They told us 45 minutes... over an hour later the delivery driver said he was here, he was nowhere to be found. We talked to him gave him the correctaddress and waited a while longer. After 30 minutes we called him to see if he was still lost, no answer. We called therestaurant and they said he should be on his way and that other than that they couldn’t help us. The pizza is pretty good but the service isn’t. No matter what local or state guidelines are staff isn’t appropriately... masked. They’re either wearing nothing or have their noses out which makes the mask essentially useless. The staff don’tcommunicate well about issues. There was an issue with them not getting an order from Grubhub. Which I get it’s an imperfectsystem but instead of communicating what the issue was they just kind of wandered around confused and didn’t proactively justtell me the issue. They didn’t tell me what they were doing or even what the issue was until I asked. It was really confusingand stressful since I was on a lunch break and had a time restriction. They weren’t nice about it at all and just likeannoyed. They called the boss who also didn’t seem to care about the customer service aspect. Read more
Been slowly ordering lunch here more and more often and have had great experiences. I tend to get salads with chicken, they're... great. Ordered tacos today with low expectations, (i mean, its a pizza shop) and they were completely enjoyable! Will orderagain! Read more
I got Tacos for the first time. I asked for 4 Steak Tacos with only cheese. When i got back to work to eat. My Tacos had... only cheese in it. No meat. And i called back, and the young lady who pick up ,, said - oh you only said cheese. I told herthen why did i get charged for a regular price on the Tacos when they was only cheese with no meat?.
