I used to go through here most mornings. You ask them for a bagel with cream cheese ON the bagel and they say ?ok bagel with... cream cheese? and once I get it, it has no cream cheese. I?m driving to work so I have to pull over, put the cream cheese on andthen I?m late. Then I ask again, and I make a point to repeat WITH cream cheese on the bagel. Then I get the bagel and it lookslike this (picture below). Really guys? Is it that hard to put cream cheese on a bagel? I ended up going somewhere else now,there?s a lot of small coffee shops in the area that will put in the extra effort, instead of these people at Dunkin? Donuts whoput a single knife spread on the bagel and pack it up. Read more
Service is horrible no ham for sandwiches, longest wait ever. Pass on this one.
The drive thru took 30 minutes before answering, SO we went inside, the inside so messy that it looked like a hurricane went... through the store, they had nothing I wanted or it didn't worked, smelled like something was burning, so we walked out anddidn't get anything and we drove to a different store. This is the worst Dunking Donuts ever!!! They always mess your order. You order a hummus toast, they give avocado toast. You... order ice coffee, they give you hot coffee, and thats being lucky because other times they just dont give you what you order.Even my daughter who is 4 year old, doesn?t like going there because they dont give her what she orders! A young woman whom I had never seen before (I am a regular customer) handed me my large coffee and a donut and when I came home... and picked up the coffee from my cupholder the cap popped off and the hot coffee spilled all over me and my car. Those capshave to be secured by pushing down all around the top and not on just one spot. The lack of training that the employees get isappalling. They struggle with the containers, they can't make change, and they have no idea how to communicate with people. They often greet people as "dude" or "hey" or "honey" and those are all inappropriate and ignorant ways to greetpeople. Starbucks is where I will shop in the future....it's worth the wait in line not to get scalded. Read more
I ordered a grilled cheese with my drink after having to repeat myself multiple times in the drive thru. At the window I said I... was missing a grilled cheese. All the lady said was ?no? and I said yes I ordered one. She said no you didn?t. If you want oneyou?ll have to go back through the line. Any experience I?ve had where the drive thru didn?t hear or wasn?t paying attention andmissed an item they have ALWAYS charged for the item and said to park and they?d bring it out.
