Ordered 2 Hot fudge sundae? that at any other store today was unavailable.. it?s something I order very often and I very much... know the taste of it. This store was the only one offering tonight and upon taken the first bite.. it was chocolate syrup andnot hot fudge?. If you don?t have it do like other stores mark it as unavailable and don?t try to syrup instead. It went totrash and I lost my money. Read more
This McDonald?s is right down the road from me so when I get home late or the hubby gets home late I can run down. I?m severely... allergic to tomatoes and ketchup anything tomatoes I?m allergic to and I let them know this before hand . I got two crispychicken sandwich NO TOMATOES, I got 4 double cheese burgers NO KETCHUP and two mcchicken no tomatoes no ketchup I asked for themto change their glove so tell me how my chicken sandwich had tomato my mcchicken had ketchup and my cheese burgers had ketchupon them. Like this is an every time thing every single time I come here I deal with this. I?d hate to involve corporate but youcan only mess up so many times . I took pictures as well juat to show the proof. Horrible drive thru they have cars reverse and park 5 cars waiting so their timer looks good I will bot visit this place again
So, I went to Macdonald?s drive thru this morning. I was asked to go to the second window once I placed my order. I asked, if I... can get two extra hash browns. The girl at the window was very nice but she went asked her manager, Luz if she can add to extrahash browns to my order. The manager Luz said straight up no without any explanation and never came to the window to speak tome. The girl said to me politely, ?no, I?m so sorry we can?t.?I got so upset because I haven?t paid for my food, they could ofjust add my two hash browns to my order and asked me to park but no I end up turning back around cause I wanted my two hashbrown but I was never asked to turn around or park, no explanation what?s so ever just straight up rude. They only had two orders in que on the screen the cashier for walk in had a line of 6 people and rather than taking our orders... she took one at a time then would start to help drive thru with their orders. I?ve been in line for 15 minutes already. I got toplace my order and now the people behind me are still waiting and now there are 8 ppl total in the store and cashier isn?ttaking orders just helping drive thru orders.
