Drinks and appetizer came out at a reasonable time. When our order was taken for our sides and temperature of steaks we had... picked I had asked for a glass of water as well. Our food steak and sides took forever to come out. When we received our foodour meats were cooked to wrong temperatures, and no water. We informed server, he did apologize asked for correct temp of oursteaks and left us the sides. We had been waiting for a while now. I asked the manager if we can pay for what we had alreadyordered drinks and appetizer because we where expected to eat our sides either with out steaks or wait for steaks and our sideswe eat cold. She did not apologize what so ever and just said ok gave us the receipt, No apology or at least taken. The coke offour bill for a mistake on their end. This is an old review. This is the first texas Roadhouse I've been to in the states and not on an overseas military base. Which... left the bar kind of low. The food was good. The service was great. I went with my dad to use our veteran's day meal vouchers.They let me do the cheese fry add on but then wouldn't let me oay for it. I was both surprised and shocked. Thanks TexasRoadhouse. This has always been our family’s go tjj oh restaurant- today was so disappointing - I don’t think we will be back . 1st... the waitress was rude and thought we were someone else - bread wasn’t brought to the table - had to as twice - we orderedfried pickles as an app when we ordered drinks and never did get them . Salads came out wrong dressing in my husbands , entrescame out my rare steak was well done , missing mushrooms , came with loaded MASHED POTATOES ( I had ordered baked ) ketchup hadnot been refilled so we borrowed off another table . I could believe that our waitress Kate could even ask us if we wanteddessert - we didn’t even get a chance a at a se cine beverage . Unfortunately my tip reflected our poor service and evenafter I spoke to a manager on the way out nothing was offered to correct the situation . Quick drive thru just have to watch the lines as they merge. You can come In the door for regular face to face but mostly people... come for the drive thru. Two lines and kinda narrow. * don't scratch your rims watch the curve! Read more
Had an amazing dinner start to finish. Went in on a Friday night during “busy time” 6:30pm and was out by 7:30pm. Checked in... online 1 minute before arriving and was seated 5 minutes after sending the “HERE” text. That was pretty convenient for acheck in process. The front end staff were very friendly and personable, we were greeted promptly and asked if we were pickingout our steaks as well as if we’d like bread and peanuts. My fiancé picked his steak prior to sitting, there were goodchoices in steak to pick from. -After being seated, our server Cody (who was EXCEPTIONAL!) was over promptly to take our orderfor drinks and appetizers. My frozen mango margarita was AMAZING! Shout out to the bartender sorry I didn’t get his name Iabsolutely wish I did, what attention to detail and taste! This was one of THE BEST margaritas I’ve EVER HAD. Even the smallpieces of mangos inside the drink!?? I mean it was just perfection! -while ordering Cody was very knowledgeable and helpfulwith any menu questions we had. -The appetizers were very tasty, the cactus blossom onion and twisted mozzarella sticks wereserved hot and in no time. I appreciated our server Cody nonchalantly coming by to see how we were doing on appetizers before hehad dinner come out so our table was not overwhelmed with food.! - our dinner was then brought out. I can say though my platemay look small it’s large in taste. It was the 6oz filet & shrimp, I had the Cesar salad and loaded baked sweet potato forsides. The Cesar salad was over the top amazing! Tasted so fresh and crunchy I could go on and on. The sweet potato bakedperfectly. - My fiancé got a 24oz ribeye ordered medium, (here was the only disappointment but not enough to drop the reviewAT ALL) it was over cooked a bit rendering it less tasty, we are steak people so cooking temperature is very important in termsof texture and for taste of meat. This used to be my husband's and my favorite restaurant to go to on nearly a weekly basis. But Texas Roadhouse is slipping up... lately and I can't say I will give them another chance. When we went for dinner on a Saturday night, my husband drank nearly hisentire glass of lemonade before realizing that there was a foreign substance in the glass. There was a piece of lettuce on theinside of the glass, and it wasn't from him because he hadn't eaten lettuce or even had his meal yet. Around the same time myhusband noticed the lettuce inside of his drink, my salad arrived. The first thing I noticed was a crusted piece of cheddarcheese on the plate. The Caesar salad was also absolutely drenched in dressing (this was the second time in a row that theyfailed to make a simple salad). It was obvious that our dishes had not been cleaned upon further inspection. At this point, wewere extremely disgusted and unable to eat our food. We notified the manager before leaving the restaurant, and he admitted thatsometimes the dishes come out off the wash too soon, apologized and gave us a coupon. There is no excuse for dirty dishes beingused to serve patrons; it is a major health hazard, especially during a pandemic. The manager was very hospitable, but I cannotuse a coupon to go back to an establishment that doesn't even follow FDA guidelines. My husband and I are both extremelydisappointed. Read more
Food: perfect, everything was delicious, the bun with cinnamon butter before starter took us to heaven ???? steaks were in... perfect temperature and ribs and chicken were very tender. Unfortunately we got full with the buns and the starter but we tookthem the food away. Service: Marina gave us the best service during our 5 days trip which we appreciated so much.
