Me and my partner come here regularly. We come because we can get very well priced food and drinks and not have to deal with... waiting for tables or parking at downtown restaurants etc. This particular location is leagues beyond other TGI Fridays. Theemployees are fantastic here. It is clear that management is doing something right with this crew. Anyways, enough waxingpoetic about this great establishment. Waited 40 mins to be seated when we were told 15-20 mins. Waitress was rude, never comes to table to ask if we need anything... like refill on drinks or napkins for our wings. There was 2 burger meals, she handed one to my friend and said it was mediumwell when the burger was well done. My boneless wings (that costed me $23) was so dry and barley had any whisky sauce. If I could give this meal a negative star, I would. This is by far, the worst $40 I’ve ever spent in my entire life. My... girlfriend and I started out with their loaded southwest potato twists. The queso was ice cold, the cheese was cold, there washardly any pico de gallo on it, and no cilantro. The majority of the potato twists were raw and not cooked. Absolutelydisgusting. We should’ve run for the hills at this point. Our fault. We ordered the million dollar Cobb salad and bonelessBuffalo wings. At this point, before the meal came, my girlfriend felt like she was going to throw up from the appetizer. Sheleft and proceeded to wait for me in the car, as I asked to take our food to go. I told the waitress who said she was sorry. Weleft. I opened up the takeout food at home just to see what it was like. The chicken on the Cobb was literally from a bag andstill felt frozen. The cucumber was rotten. The boneless Buffalo wings, what a joke. They definitely came frozen from a bag andsat out for 12 hours. Cold. Hard. Hardly any sauce on them. Salmon wasn’t as good as it used to be, likely frozen for sometime, burnt on the bottom. Small portions. Server forgot my... correct drink order and “fixed” the drink but it didn’t taste good so I ended up waiting to ask for a replacement. Thereplacement wasn’t correct either, so I ended up asking for mango purée to add to my margarita (had asked for a mangomargarita, there was zero mango in it). Read more
Went on a Tuesday night and they weren't busy so we were seated right away. Our server was nice and patient as I wasn't sure... what to have. I finally chose the sizzling flat iron steak and it was really good. My only complaint would be some of the cheeselooked just like a piece or so of American cheese which wasn't as appealing as the other cheeses on the plate. My date had theribs and shrimp plate and she really enjoyed it. The price was reasonable so overall I thought it was a good experience. Read more
It was good . They change the menu and the name of some food . I think is not the same from a few year ago , they need to work... to maintenance the same quality and status . But in general the food was good ! Read more
Okay so there was this crackhead named Steve and i gave him my order and he brought me the piña colada without no pineapple nor... cherry. i specifically told him i wanted a “virgin piña colada with a pineapple and cherry” he wanted to argue with metelling me that is how the drink comes. what kind of piña colado has no toppings? he refused to bring his manager and servedthe rest of my meal with an attitude. this restaurant has the worst customer service. the employees have nasty attitude and arerefusing to bring their manager. i am convinced Steve spit in my piña colada.
