It has the potential to be amazing. However, they have to figure out how to make quality food when they are pressed for time.... I'd rather them give me good food than rush to get it out. Our order was all mixed up because the place was busy. The guy makingfood was not wearing a mask when Illinois has a mask mandate. Much of our food was overcooked or burned on the outside but notdone on the inside. Only go when they have time to make you quality food. Read more
Ordered online for curbside and had to wait and extra 45 minutes in the parking lot for my two pizzas. Even went in to make sure... they had the order. I pty it in a bag to keep it warm and hot home in 5 minutes. Pizza was cold and the taco pizza lookednothing like they advertise. No chips and only a few pieces of lettuce and cold. Very disappointing. The supreme didn't have allthe toppings but it was warm and was alright. Won't order there again. Read more
Casey's Metropolis, IL. At the gas pumps, PLEASE keep paper (with dark ink) stocked for receipts. I travel for work and it costs... me time & gives great frustration because inevitably, whichever pump I choose from to purchase fuel, I get the message acrossthe pump screen to come inside for my receipt. The convenience of being able to pay at the pump is lost on that. Read more
Casey's gas station is a neat and clean store. I love their pizza as well, but the last probably 15 times (I am not over... exaggerating either) we ordered pizza there they messed it up. We liked it so much I continued to order there hoping they wouldget it right. Once when I slowly and detailing each thing, explained my order so as to not confuse anyone the young man on thephone was extremely rude and said "not everyone could afford a college education like you". Well guess what I never graduatedcollege myself and that was the last time we ordered from Casey's in Metropolis. Read more
Food is amazing. I'm a truck driver stuck at the rest area down the road two competitors won't deliver here and I can't grill... here the employees at Casey's pizza are life savers delivering when no one else would. Thank you to the employees at Casey'skeep up the great customer service Read more
I got pizza here while attending the Superman Celebration and I really have to commend them for a job well-done! I think there... were about 5 of us who split the pizza and everyone loved it! I imagine this place will become a staple for my pizza dininghenceforth when I'm in town to attend the Celebration. Read more
Super rude, wouldn't let me fill up truck, told me me to go down the road, because I didn't know how much it would cost... beforehand. Even offered to leave card and license inside. Not worth your time or money. Read more
