You know I try to always look for the positive but it?s hard at this place. Almost every time I go here they mess my order up.... So much so that I have resorted to pulling over in the lot to check my order before I leave ( which is already an issue andsomething that I shouldn?t have to do ). Yet I never posted a review, today however was the last straw. I was in a rush andcouldn?t pull over to check and of course every single thing I ordered was wrong ( 3 different things )!!!! I?ve been going to this location for a while, mostly via drive-thru. Lately the woman at the window has had an attitude... unprovoked and the coffee I?ve received has been given at a half cup when I paid for coffee expecting it to be my completeorder. Today, I ordered an oat milk latte and it wasn?t all the way full. I always check my coffee or any drink with a closedlid before I drink, and when I opened it there were stains that showed it was full and some was poured out and there werebubbles in it. When I arrived to work I checked again and the bubbles were gone so I figured one sip wouldn?t be bad. I warmedup my coffee and took a sip and it?s straight up some black coffee with a hint of milk to disguise that there?s no sugar oranything in this latte. I try not to give critical reviews especially with how the pandemic has affected people?s lives but thisis repeated behavior and deplorable. The only thing that could save the coffee is that I have honey at my desk for ?just incase? moments and because I have tea. So my $3.45 is going down the drain. Read more
The flavored coffee are too sweet for my taste and I was unable to drink it. Unfortunately, I couldn't return it. The donuts... were already dried out at 8:00am, whereas, my "Boston cream" was overly browned and borderline stiff. It's disappointing that afranchise that restricts new owners from opening a franchise is so complacent and low quality. The cashier was not very pleasantand there wasn't even a line either. Read more
it's the worst. Two weeks ago I went to buy cheese salwich for my children and it was reheated bread and cheese like that,... without melting. Today I stop by to buy sourdog bigbreatfas sandwich and they give me the wrong ones. being that I repeatedthe order 4 times. They put me on hold by the door I go in to make sure which sandwich is the one I want and they take thewrong attitude. They give me my sandwiches, and they seem to be the right ones. I get home in 3 minutes. I review andhonestly give those sandwiches a lot to be desired. it is a pity that dunkindonut loses its quality. Personally, I never stopto buy from them. Read more
Asian / Philippino woman behind the counter was very rude and nasty.. She was yelling at the other employees in front of... customers. She should not be in working in the service environment, not a smile or hello.. It took them 15min to make 3 drinks,mind you the place was empty and I was the only customer with my kids. There were flies circling the donut,. After driving away,I notice my ice latte was grainy, it has coffee grains at the bottom. You know I'm not going back here. Read more
Doesn't matter if there is a line at the drive thru spilling out to Route 1 or the place is completely empty: My order is almost... always wrong, and the food is always cold. The only thing this establishment has going for it is the location.
