I really did not enjoy dining here. I ordered Chirashi and a Philadelphia roll. The interior of the Philly roll was about 50%... cucumber and I could barely taste any other ingredients. The sashimi in the chirashi was pretty flavorless and contained whitetuna (escolar) which I tend to avoid. I left pretty disappointed. Read more

I used to like here and did go here a lot. But in past a year or so, I can feel they changed gradually. I know due to... inflation, all the restaurants have to adjust their menu price. But Suzuki's price really went up a lot, and the fish pieces gotthinner as well. Sushi rice I ordered as a side order is not sushi rice at all, just regular rice. A special roll for $18 or$20, there are much better options out there. Read more
Tiny and cute restaurant in the heart of the town of Metuchen, NJ. Definitely, it is one of the best sushi place around NJ area.... We ordered miso & salad, then sushi spicy maki combo. In addition, we chose sashimi, which was pretty unique. Even though thissashimi was a thick cut, it was literally melting in your mouth. Another thing I want to point out is that I am not a big fun ofwasabi, but this one had a lighter color and it was not as spicy as the ones I previously tasted. This restaurant is so amazing, don't believe the 4 4 rating we saw yesterday. Fantastic sushi and maki.
