Place was clean, people were nice. We ordered 2 Cases online, 1 regular, 1 without "ketchup" (for husband and son). Forgot to... check food before we left because husband was tired and hungry. This place is a pretty spectacular disaster. I went in here 3 times the past week to pick up deliveries but had to cancel and... leave every time because of how totally incompetent the staff are. I would have been there for 45 minutes either trapped in thedrive through or standing around pacing back and forth with the other confused, disgruntled patrons who the staff casuallydisregard and talk down to. One time I approached one of the workers to ask how my order was coming along and she began cacklingwith laughter and dancing. Good stuff. Read more
They took about 15 minutes between each drive through order so I even tried calling out to the order machine to see if anyone... was waiting for me to say something. Turns out they were just making whatever orders and never bothered to let the next personknow they were busy. Person who took my order also seemed irritated when I told my order since they didn't fully write the orderon the machine and instead partially memorized it. Not sure exactly what the problem here is but weeks in a row I have tried to order food through the drive-thru. First week I... waited 15 minutes and then just left the line two weeks ago I waited 10 minutes and then just left the line tonight I waited 5minutes and then left the line in fear that it was going to be another 15 minute or more wait. It doesn't take that long to cooka White Castle burger never mind taking an order for a White Castle burger. You either need to revamp your system or highercompetent staff. Read more
