For being a 15yr Chef (?), this is what a Friday night takeout burger looks like from this place. It was raw & extremely cold in... the middle. So I go back & ask why it was cooked this way & the Co owner (big grey headed lady) act like it was my fault &didn't even apologize or try to make it right.
