The food is always cold, unless you request hot and fresh fries. Travis the manager is very rude and unprofessional. He... literally gets angry if you ask for fresh hot food..smh it's crazy. I witnessed his horrible behavior..cussing and screaming.Awful. They're going to continue to lose customers if they continue to not care about their service, food, or staff.. Read more
Food is excellent when prepared correctly. Staff always friendly and helpful, even when something goes wrong, which is... important, their customer service is on point. But when I've worked in food service I know what to expect, and often food isprepared/cared for wrong, and it really affects the quality of what a customer receives and can appreciate. I'd love to see thebeer battered onion rings back but understand it's not usually the store's doing when special items go away, it's usuallycorporate. Biggest issue beyond not always doing special order requests, is old grease in the fryers, yes I can tell. Many whohave ever worked in food service can. And it matters. I don't want to lose this restaurant. Quality is important when pricesare so high. I love the dollar happy hour specials from 2-5 very kind in these times. Read more
