Let me start by saying the dining room is closed. I'm assuming lack of staff or inability to be considerate to their... customers. Ordered approximately 50.00 in food through the drive-thru. Ordered to a polite gentleman who did not repeat theorder back but they have a good screen so you can clearly see your order so repeating was not necessary. Paid for food at firstwindow. No issues same gentleman who took the order also took our payment. Arrived at second window to a young lady who wasalso very pleasant. Ask her if everything was in our bags or if more was coming and she said nope that's everything. We askedfor ketchup and barbecue sauce for the chicken nuggets. Woman kindly gave us both. We left the drive thru and began handingfood out to the various parties in our vehicle. Opened our special order sandwich and there was supposed to be extra sauce andpickles. There were pickles but the sauce was less than minimal for even a sandwich with regular sauce. My husband proceeded towalk up to the window as the line was long and their lobby is not open. Upon arrival he explained that we asked for extrasauce. Our label said extra sauce and extra pickles, she was kind and took the sandwiches back through the window (error number2) she handed them back to the lady and told her to put more sauce on them. (Error 3) the woman began cussing loud enough for myhusband to hear about here's your extra fu*king sauce on our sandwiches. He asked the polite woman is that woman speaking aboutme? I certainly hope not as I paid to have extra sauce put on those sandwiches. She then told the woman in the back to quietdown as the customer could hear her. Polite young woman hands the sandwiches back through the window and my husband noticesthat the cashier is wearing a manager's uniform. Obviously he is still pretty upset by the woman's irate behavior and wanted themanager to be aware. (We are out of town. Have no intention of returning and nothing to gain by bringing this Read more

Constantly getting the orders wrong. Consistantly asks customers to "pull around" even when there's no one in the lobby and only... a couple cars in the drive. Remembering when I worked fast food, asking someone to pull around was the last thing we wanted.Even having a full lobby AND a backed up drive thru, it was highly frowned upon to make customers wait longer than a coupleminutes. Extremely slow service. Have been waiting in line in the drive thru for 35 minutes. Have watched 3 cars in front of me get... frustrated and leave. Very disappointing experiences lately. Had to finally say something about it. Read more

The worst mcdonalds experience I've ever had. We dined in and listened to the manager yell at l, and verbally abuse the staff in... the back constantly throughout the duration of our meal. I had a fly inside an ice cube in my sprite. Didn't even get an I'msorry or an offer for a different cup from the staff, nor would they clean the ice machine. A crew member had a boyfriend showup in the lobby and stuck her hands down the front of his pants right in front of us (the only table at the restaurant that hadcustomers) an all around miserable and shocking experience Read more

This McDonald's location has been a mid-point stop for my family for many years. Not anymore. I stopped twice recently, but... both times my drink was wrong. The first time, I hadn't gone very far, so I called the restaurant and turned around. Thesecond time, I tasted my drink while still at the drive-thru. Again it was not what I ordered, so they took the wrong drink andbrought a replacement to the window. It still wasn't right! What is going on with this McDonald's? Order a Frappe, and you?ll have to pull forward and wait. You?ll get the rest of your order while you wait though.

We sat in drive through for 20 minutes after it showed they were open never greated or told they were delaying opening. Had to... pull up to the window. After 8 minutes of sitting there they finally said they were not opening They let the whole line of carssit in the drive through. Read more
