Let me tell you about this little sushi counter tucked away with the most bomb Korean sushi master in Little Havana Calle Ocho.... A place that only sits about 8 and BYOB. A truly hidden gem with each piece beautifully cut. They source the freshest Japanesefish which makes each piece taste and melt like butter. Not only is this unassuming sushi counter a top on my list but, it'sgreat watching all the craziness walk by while you're eating little delicate pieces. This was by far one of my favorite meals I've ever had. Chef Brian was very kind and had served great, carefully crafted dishes.... As other reviews have mentioned, its a small place and I'd definitely recommend a reservation. Not only was the food amazing (alittle pricey but well worth it in my opinion), but it was awesome to eat in such a fun, intimate setting. The fish was veryfresh and I was able to try new varieties as well as have familiar fish prepared in a whole new way. Thanks Chef Brian!! Read more
