Over priced, unsatisfactory, I?ve been a Loyal customer and the food just keeps coming back worse and worse. This pizza hut... needs to be closed down, they forgot my wings and messed up my pizza twice already, paid 50$ For a cold pizza and no wings.Never ordering from this pizza hut ever again. I made an order online. An hour later I called to check the status of my order. I was told it was canceled due to being outside... of the range for delivery. However, they just delivered to me 2 weeks ago. Upon inquiring further the customer service personnelhung up on my significant other. We went to the store just to find out that they were incorrect with their mapping system. Andthey only gave me a credit towards the next time I order. They only did that due to the fact that they couldn?t see that I hadalready paid for my order online. Even after providing proof. as a person who works in customer service the professionalism ofthe representative I was on the phone with it was completely unacceptable. The manager of the store did apologize for hisdiscrepancy. But the inconvenience of the whole matter was still unacceptable and unreliable. The store needs to work on theircommunication. Because everything could have been solved with a phone call from them not me reaching out to them after an hour. Read more
Staff was very unpleasant and sad to say I can really see why most of them work here. No hopes or dreams just comfortable with... doing nothing just to get by. Working for minimal wage while trying to be a high class a***ole, it doesn't work out. Maybe ify'all took your lives a little more serious than I'm sure you wouldn't be stuck here. The lady on the register and the weirdlong hair delivery guy need to be fired and replaced with teens/young adults that would take the job more serious than grownpeople who do a miserable job because they missed an opportunity to do better with their lives. *Went in last night around10:15 pm.
