Alloy is by far the best Italian restaurant in Miami. I've tried dozens of other Italian restaurants and nothing compares to... this place. The staff and owners were so friendly and accommodating to my guest and I. And the food was top notch. Irecommend the duck prosciutto or some of the pasta dishes with seafood in them. Thank you Alloy for an amazing meal last night. I will definitely be back. Read more

We didn’t know what to expect from this hidden gem. It had a charming patio which is where we sat. The service was superb. The... food ingredients were unique. The inclusion of frozen raspberries was an incredibly unlikely addition that complemented theflavour profile beautifully. Also, any chef that can work fois gras into a pasta dish and make it work, deserves credit. All thedishes we had were unique, flavourful and well presented. The dessert was also special in its presentation and delicious. Ihighly recommend the dishes we had as photographed on this review. Read more

This used to be one of my favorite places to have dinner. When I discovered it at least 4 years ago (I think more) I found... myself ordering for takeout at least 3-4 times a week. Their truffle risotto was to die for. I went back yesterday telling myfriend it was the best food. We left disappointed. The only amazing thing that we had, which I think is new, was the richprosciutto- that was amazing. I should have Gm gotten the risotto, but trying to try something new, went for the vegan pasta anddidn’t like it at all, I felt like it was too salty, just like the bread they put on the table. My friend’s smoked pasta(forgot the name) was also just okay. We asked the host (I think that’s who she was) for extra Parmesan cheese and she was soentertained with some guests, that she never brought it to the table. As soon as I saw how long she spent at the other table, Iknew she was going to forget… I think it should be a given to offer extra Parmesan cheese when serving pasta… I willprobably go again and just go for the burrita, octopus, black truffle risotto and some desert. What a fantastic place! The staff is extremely friendly, the food delicious and a great atmosphere. Can recommend this place... highly. For me the cauliflower had a bit too much cream and too little cauliflower and the stuffing of the Ravioli was not thatintense. The bread was a bit too salty but all really minor. Overall, can highly recommend this place for a date night ansdinner with friends or family. Also, just wanted to reiterate how friendly and helpful the staff was Read more

Where to begin with this extraordinary bistro. From the moment I walked up I knew something special was going to happen. The... Master Chef, Diego, has a rare gift. The burrata took me back to my childhood. The octopus smoked under glass was beyond words. How Diego infuses so much flavor into a delicate Branzino or Octopus is beyond my understanding. The branzino carpaccio waslike the best days of summer in my mouth. The Branzino fillet was cooked to perfection, and with the fresh dill, even better. The pasta is fresh and homemade and the definition of al dente in the preparation. And then the Chocolate dessert...It opened myheart and left me wondering, how can something cold be so warm at the same time. This is The Perfect Date Place. Love & Magichappen at Alloy Bistro! Thank you Mama Luna for your hospitality and Nicholetta for you incredible service. My heart and bellyleft full and happy. ????????? Read more

A very cozy restaurant located downtown Miami, not overly crowded, so that you can enjoy the experience. Appetizers: *Duck... Prosciutto and the octopus both came out within five minutes of ordering, I would rate both 3.5 out of 5.Entree: Lamb Shank thiswas the dish of the night so so good and tender. Side: Mash potatoes Dessert: Cappuccino, nothing to rave about. Overall thefood was delicious, and the service was good. I would definitely come back. Read more

Great Italian dinner date experience at Alloy Bistro Gourmet last Friday night. Lots of parking options a few blocks from the... restaurant. It is inside a sort of square connected to a Greek restaurant that also has outdoor patio seating in the same area.We made reservations through OpenTable, but they also take walk-ins. Outside patio dining was lovely and safely distanced. OurItalian server Antonella was very attentive, personable, and detail-oriented. Waited patiently for me to also finish my dinnerbefore clearing our plates. Our appetizer was delicious 3yr aged duck prosciutto with bread, followed by a main black activatedcharcoal dough pasta with Branzino, saffron, and wild caught shrimp. My date had the very delicious Pappardelle lobster. Itasted some of his Pappardelle and totally fell in love with the pasta. Al dente the best bite, very flavorful. No photos ofthat dish unfortunately. Portion size was very good for me. My date wanted perhaps a little more. We ended the evening with alittle porto, a cappuccino for my date, an espresso for me, and two desserts from the menu. They were both so delicious:flavorful and not very sweet. The cappuccino was a sort of light coffee flavored mousse with chocolate sauce, and topped withcrispy biscotti amaretti. I could have had ten of those! My date tried the chocolate fudge with white chocolate droplets, andlittle raspberry bits. Very rich, dark, and creamy cocoa flavors. So glad we chose this place for our pre-Valentine’s dinner.Would like to return to try some other things on the menu. Read more
