This place has usually been fine. It was late on a Tuesday night the last time I went. They close at 11pm. I got to the drive... through at about 10:50pm but they refused to take an order. The lady said they close at 10:45 which isn't true. They thencompletely ignored us as we tried to give them our order. That was disappointing. I can understand wanting to close up earlybut if a customer comes you have to serve them. Read more
Drive thru veru busy. Did not give the right order and when I went in to get the items not included I was made to feel like they... had given me all the items and I was simply lying about aomething being missing. All the fried foods tasted overcooked. TheSliders are in open boxes and it is disgusting that the sauces I asked for (which I was also made to feel like it was somethingspecial to get any sauces) were thrown on the open sandwiches.... and stuck to the food. Those sauces were touched by uncleanhands and put on our food. We decided nit to eat those sandwiches, a waste of food and money. Will most likely not return hereagain. I feel like Arby's is a hit or miss. I've only had the wraps, some days it's really good, some days I feel like its not as good.... Employee experience hasn't been the best. One time the employee got the order wrong and another time they don't even sayanything they just take your card and don't even say hi. But it's fine I mean I'm there for the food not for the people so Iunderstand. I will continue to come though since it's good price and close to my home. Read more
The triumphant chime of the Arby's bell is coming back! Feel free to ring it loud and proud if you received excellent service... while at the restaurant. We ate from the green portion of the menu, called Market Fresh, and were impressed with the qualityof the turkey and chicken sandwiches. Yes, you can eat at Arby's and still eat healthy! I've always liked Arbys and today was the reason. My Arbys Classic was piled high with meat and the bun warm and fresh. The... potato cakes were crispy and for and even the Coke Classic tasted great. The counter staff person was quick and friendly absefficient. All in all, a good reason to eat at Arby's. Read more
The food was horrible to start off my lettuce wasn't even a green color, They gave me the wrong sandwich, And my slider was old... and crusty. When I went back to return my food the manager was unprofessional and offended. Never again Read more
