Nice people, good food made right in front of you and excellent coffee drinks.
Love the customer service of the lady taking care of us, I wish I could remember her name. We order two sandwiches and... everything was fresh. My only complaint is that they only have two types of soup, but I love these little places. Read more
I went to grab a quick bite ,as my mom was having surgery at hospital on the campus.Baptist Health South Miami. Up on entry was... not greeted asked patrons where the line was was told I am next as they placed order already. Placed order went to the cash topay ,was being charged for what I did not order was corrected.however my sandwich was left on counter as i moved on to pay gotmy change asked for sandwich was shown.took and went to seat.wipedx.my table as it was not clean .observed staff greetingpatrons welcome to Au Bon Pain.Staff needs to be trained on.customer service to all !! It was ok. Very lazy and unorganized. Asked for hot chocolate and received coffee. Also, our asiago sticks were folded 1-2 times... and stuffed to the bottom of a big enough bag. Read more

Not sure if the person was having a bad day, but she didn?t greet me even after I told her good morning. Just stared at me... during the entire order. Made me feel uncomfortable. Coffee wasn?t good either and over priced. Read more
