I?m a serious review person, when I say this I feel the need to write a good review when the service is at its best. I just left... the drive thru window and was taken care by Tarell I believe that?s how you spelled it. I have to say this I thought he was fromout of state because he was so polite and friendly. I was in shock when he said he was from here so I had to tell him that hisparents must be proud because they raised a very fine man. I wish everyone had most of the time his attitude because it makes mewhat to go buy food again from here. I hope this review is viewed by Management and corporate. Read more
Stay away I drove all way from homestead over her for a 3 PC meal ask for two thigh and a leg, was told I must get 2 legs wow... this place really changed. The sad part about it . It was no customer there. I see why rude and bad customer service , and Ibelieve it was the manager . The lady ask him and he sad no....so rude. I wish it was 0 star. And I order nothing . Read more

Horrible service. My mother cannot walk, so she placed an online order for curbside pickup. Waited 30 min trying to pick up... her food. No one answered the phone. She went through the drive through, and asked why no one was answering the phone. Thislady's exact words were "there is nothing I can do about that". This is the last Boston Market anywhere around the area I live in. There used to be several of them in this area but the rest... of them closed down. I'm so glad they kept this one open because their food is always delicious, the staff is helpful, politeand they get your order together quickly and accurately. It's a great place the get a meal that is like home cooking without thehassle of preparing a full meal which comes with a huge mess to clean up after you've eaten and fed your family. Is 8:00 pm I got here at 7:39 the drive thru had a closed sign and the workers where on the inside after spending 20 mins on the... door, one of the worker told me the were closed. And they're supposed to be open till 10:00pm today. About a week ago. I came at9:20 and they told me they didn't have chicken. This place is ridiculous. Im not coming back again.
