Unfortunately, the quality of food has gone downhill since this restaurant changed it's menu and name from DB Bistro, which was... excellent. I recently went and got overcooked chicken that was dry and inedible. I sent it back and since I was in a rush, asked them to re-make it and put it in a "to go" container. Upon coming home, I cut into the chicken and it was completely pinkand raw. I could have gotten very sick had I eaten it and not looked....this restaurant is not worthy of the Daniel Bouludname, and this is the 4th time I've eaten at Boulud Sud only to be disappointed each time. Last Friday again we experienced a wonderful wine tasting at Boulud Sud ?? I LOVE the wine choices of the wonderful Sommelier... Robert Fizmaurice O’Maoilriain, every Friday he has an incredible selection and it is always an amazing experience discoveringnew wines that not only taste great but also learning a bit more with Robert incredible wine knowledge, we would probably noteven try some of these wines by ourselves, I just love it. On top of this already incredible experience now the food pairing tothe wines is just the best, thank you Chef Michael Hernandez, everything was really delicious, here is what we had : ?Amusebouche: green tomato gaspacho 1st course : gambas al ajillo 2nd course : artichokes w/ vichyssoise 3rd course : arugula saladwith octopus 4th course : seared scallop w/ cauliflower puree chive oil and garlic chips 5th course : beef tartare with basilblossoms basil oil and lavash cracker OMG what more can I say? Been to the sister restaurant on Palm Beach island (French cuisine) and this concept of Mediterranean hits the spot. Great... dishes, from beginning to end. Order the lamb chops which are always on the menu and thank me later. Read more

The setting was great. High energy atmosphere even at night. Very classy. Everything is good. A bit pricey but we'll worth it. A... must if you're in Miami. Read more

Food was good. Happy hour had a good selections as well. $10 drinks for happy hour isn’t bad for Miami. Overall quick and easy... stop in Miami for a few drinks and bites. Bar was pretty full, so that was the only downside Read more

Definetly expecting more on quality of food. Food was very cold, to the point that steak was not tender or tasty, lamb chops... where ordered as " medium rare" ended up being overcooked as they reheated the whole plate when we informed them that the dishwas cold. Same with the steak ordered medium and ended as medium well. Veggies very dry and completely out of fresh texture.Wine was ok noticed how "6" oz are different in each glass ordered. Staff is very friendly. Not what I was expecting If youspend +1k$ for a 2 nights at the hotel. Read more

I had lunch at the bar and it was delish. The bar area is gorgeous. The lamb meatballs were surprisingly moist and flavorful. It... was Nathalie's first day behind the bar and she did excellent. Very friendly and her drinks are delicious. Will definitely beback Read more

This place is so chic! I absolutely love the decor, but the beautiful decor does not mask the amazing service! Everyone here... understands hospitality and strives to make your visit the best it can be. I came here for brunch a few minutes before closing.I felt awful about it, but they happily sat us my party and treated us delightful. The omelette was tasty and the potatoes werecrispy. They have a large wine list which topped off our experience. It is hard not to feel happy in this beautiful restaurant.Highly suggest! Read more
