Came in with 4 friends just after 11. We were seated immediately. We then weren't addressed for over 20 minutes before we... complained. Fifth time I come to this location and probably the last one. It takes a long time for you to get seated and not because the... place is packed but because the people that works here are too busy walking around doing nothing. I come with my family becauseis the closest location to my house. Prepare yourself to spend at least 1 hour to get your food oh and also that is if they getthe order right. Read more
Wow! Waited and waited and ignored to be seated. A gentleman behind me got impatient and got the bartender to seat us. The... female bartender seated me. I waited and waited and ignored for 30 minutes. There was only one table being served their meal, asecond table was finished and there was just me. I walked out. Nacho chips were stale, the drinks weren?t wow either. Not a place I would come back.
Management is terrible. No one wants to work here. No service what so ever. There is 1 bartender serving 9 tables and 6 people... at the bar stand. Shes so swamped she has then bringing their dishes and cups to the bar and standing in a single file line. Theonly server is running between another 10 tables. I saw 30+ people walk out because there's no hosts and the servers arenthosting, answering phones, bussing or even looking up from their tables. Took me 50 minutes to get mozzarella sticks andboneless wings to go. It's dinner time at the busiest mall in the county. Read more
The wait was REALLY long for seating and service but unfortunately that seems the norm nowadays with most places struggling to... find people to work. Our server was very nice but he has so many tables to cover. Food was good. Read more
Restaurant doesn't value the customer, has no respect, I made an order and after 2 hr waiting they told me they didn't have it. ... I replaced it with something else, the order arrived completely wrong, I took my car, I went back to the store, I asked to speakwith the manager and he said he wouldn't answer me because he was busy. I waited another 1 hr for them to refund my money butthey didn't, I lost my money on top of all that. Shame on this restaurant, I'm very frustrated with all of this. Read more
