I work in the general area near to this location but could not leave to pick up dinner so I ordered via the mobile app which... selected this location autonomously. I opted in for tracking the order and was given a delivery time, told who the third partydelivery person would be and the progressive status of the order until the time of delivery was just over five minutes away whenI received a text notification from the third party delivery company stating the order had been cancelled by the restaurant andI would need to contact them directly for information. The listed phone goes to a recorded message that has no opportunity forleaving a message and does not get answered even during the hours posted as being their ?open for business? times. Meanwhilethey collected the money for the order and have not made any effort whatsoever to communicate with me nor is my accountreflecting a credit for the amount paid for the order. My calls continue to go unanswered and I am furious! Needless to expressmy frustrations and disappointment. Read more

Burger King at Dolphin Mall is dirty and disgusting. The guy that serves the fries has no gloves and touches all the food while... putting them in the bags. Also he touches the fries as he puts them in the little boxes. Totally disgusting. Read more

The drive thru was very long. I went inside. The employees were all very busy. There were several people Infront of me and one... behind me. I don't mind waiting. The person behind me had been waiting in the drive thru for over 40 minutes there had been anissue with the system. She was then told to go inside. As she pulled away the system started working again. She was not toohappy about being first in line at the drive thru then having to wait longer inside. An employee was on his break and heard hercomplaining. He did his best to keep her calm. He got the manager for her, the manager was very nice and helpful. She took thewoman's order and made it herself. The woman apologized for her words which everyone was understanding. She left a happycustomer. Good job to the employee for stepping up and saying something he made a difference. So did the manager. Read more

The food was fine but they don't take coupons. Definitely not the best bk I've been to.

Great burgers, great beer, and a relaxing casual environment. They definitely live up to their name here. Very spacious and... televisions everywhere so you're never far from the action. Service was pretty good, and the meal was even better. Did a customburger which came out perfectly, but you can also choose from one of their premade specialties as well. They offer a ton ofdifferent beers to go with your burger as well. Not into beef? There are veggie, turkey, and veggie options as well. Read more
