It's a hit or miss on getting a friendly person at the window. Hit or kiss on fast or slow service. But every time I order a... sandwich or breakfast burrito, it's always sloppy or made improperly. And price being charged doesn't match price on menu. Alsoline was too long last time and I tried to go in to order and they leave the door locked. Read more

Ive spent 40 years on this earth so I've been to many Butger Kings in my life. From Miami to Orlando. This location is without a... doubt the worst one I've ever been to ever. The drive thru was so slow because they thought it would be okay to let people waitover 40 minutes for "fast food". People eventually started backing out the wrong way in drive threu just to get away from thisplace. The food was horrible when we got it and everyone had a don't care attitude about all of this as if it was just the normthere. Any other bk location manager would have been ashamed and embarrassed. Would give it 0 stars it that was possible. First off they got my order wrong. I ordered a #10 (which is an Original Chicken... Sandwich) with cheese and instead i got a Ch'King sandwich with pickles. I'm allergic to pickles. Secondly I lost my appetiteafter I saw the presentation of that sandwich. It looked like some vomited the sauce all over it and then slapped a bun on top.Thirdly I was told to back up past the yellow pole twice and on the second time I was told to wait there until my order wasready. Highly dissatisfied with the service and the inaccuracy of my order. Would not recommend anyone to go here. Read more
