Worst experience ever. They didn't attend the drive trough and when I went to the window they literally gave the food to the car... in front of us, closed the window in our face and never respond. We knocked the window, employees were apparently hidden andnever responded. Scheduled said drive trough were open until 1 AM but a 10:00 pm it seem are they decided to not attend anyclient. I?ve come here and I never really complained on how horrible this place is. This place is never clean and I was just planning... because even though something happens, I?ve always stayed loyal to this place. I?ve come here to spend some time with my parentsand they had to change me the sandwich three times because they kept messing up. On top of that, when I called them out theytalked bad about us and didn?t even apologize. Now I understand why this place is always empty. Read more

Worst Burger King ever. They told me to wait a moment at the drive thru, then 5 minutes later told me they were closed. Like... what the heck? I drove up up to the window and she saw me and ignored me and walked away. This place is ran so badly it?s crazy. Read more
Placed an order using the mobile App. Made specific request. Asked for a BigKing with NO onions, no sauce, with mayo, ketchup... and mustard. It had orions and sauce, no ketchup, no mayo, no mustard. I also purchased an original chicken sandwich, extracheese, but it came with no cheese. They did not follow those instructions. This is one of many times that their staff does notfollow the instructions via the mobile app. I called and whoever picked up was clueless and would not resolve the issue. Verysad that it seems their quality control is poor or possibly non existent. Items were picked up via drivetru and by the time weget home, it is wrong. We should not have to check the food when in the drivetru. Read more
This restaurant is very cheap quality I Paid $4 for the new whopper melt instead got a sad regular bun cheeseburger with... stacker sauce. The thing that makes a whopper melt good is toast with whopper jr Pattie?s nd the stacker sauce together. Verydisappointed. Read more
Not all BKs are created equal. Some better then others in terms of speed of the drive thru and the quality of food preparation.... This location is one of the better one even though it went through many personnel turnover, it's still my go to place for thewhopper your way with cheese and the delicious onion rings. Drive through staff never follow orders. You ask for a whopper plain with cheese and you open it up and there's no cheese and... it's full of pickles, tomatoes, etc. This has happened on several occasions. Read more
