It is clean the place and the food is good but the customer service is not so good, not everyone is prepared to be there. Ask for the onion rings to be cooked fresh because the last time they were hard as rocks unable to be eaten the burger was... perfect the chicken fingers were perfect and the onion rings again hard as rocks called to complain to be comped maybe thefollowing day, because now they?re almost twice as much for a medium size? 30 minutes till closing and the phone just keptringing and ringing then it would go busy and hang up? they used to have pretty good service I?ve lived near this Burger Kingfor 30+ years almost that?s how long it?s been there and it?s the same thing over and over with the onion rings? ???????? Was just there in the Drive-thru, they told me I had to wait even though no one was in front of me, and then 5 minutes go by and... someone goes into the other lane and gets his order taken immediately , and then I said "hello hello" with no response, anddecided to drive up to order at the window, and a worker outside had asked me if I had ordered at the speaker and I had said nothat I was waiting and no one was responding and that I was skipped, and he rudely told me I had to go back and order at thespeaker. The King would be disappointed in this location. I couldn't wait to write this just because of of my sub-par experience. I... havent been in such a dirty restaurant. I am curious to know what exactly the closing managers did the night before because itlooked like a lot of the garbage that was there had sat there ALL NIGHT. Almost every table was dirty. There was litter all overthe floor, tables, picnic tables (despite the rainy weather), and the parking lot. There were so many people standing aroundbickering that these conditions are unacceptable. I walked in at approx 10:30 and there were maybe 3 other people there sothere's no way they trashed it up before i got there. I feel they need better shift managers or a crew with better attention todetail and a sense of cleanliness. I had to use a wet wipe to bus my own table. ???????? unacceptable. Step it up. Food washot. That's really my only compliment. The pancakes were a ball of dough. I'll be going to mcds for my next breakfast. They atleast are consistent. Read more
Burger King introducing the Impossible Burger was probably the best move Burger King has ever done. It was so delicious! Just a... heads up, if you?re Vegan and get the impossible, tell them to not add mayo since it comes with mayo (dumb move to put on avegan burger). The fries were a bit on the salty side for my liking but other than that, it tastes like a real Whopper. I?mblown away! As for the Twix Pie, I thought it was going to taste just like an actual Twix Bar but I was a bit disappointed. Nowhere near did it taste like a Twix, not really a fan of it. You?re better off with the Oreo Cookie Cheesecake pie which iswaaay better by a long shot. Read more
