Why stay open if you aren't going to serve customers? Waited 10 minutes and they didn't take a single order for drive thru... before I gave up. Not even 6pm on a weekday and they closed the inside. Management needs to learn to do their job or get a newmanager. Read more
I enjoyed my lunches. The Managers and the Create an was on point. My cashier MS. Shantell was awesome. You doing good learning... the system. Now the fun really started with Ms.Sabrina. She made feel like home as if we been knowing each other for a longtime... NOPE... 1st time meeting. The other Manager (with the hard name and the Janet Jackson plaits) was super friendly aswell. Holy cow the place was near empty yet still took 15 minutes for three Whoppers. They also did not have any shakes, at 8pm.... Toilet was trashed and out of soap. Read more
Worst service ever' nobody at counter only at drive thru' the 'manager' Sabrina saw me not even acknowledge me or said ill be... with you NOTHING... when I asked her IF i can get any help' she went ahead and started laughing infromt of me. Employees fingernails are so long they cant hand you a sauce package without being touched by nails. Horrible attitude and they... clearly didn't care. Clearly reflected with the packaging sticker still left in my burger. Read more

Another drive thru experience gone bad as I ordered 2 original chicken sandwiches. I got home opened one up and began to eat and... it almost tasted like a fish sandwich (but not as good) cause it sure smelled fishy. Stopped eating and took both sandwichesback the next day which they exchanged without any problems as the manager told me they just changed the fry oil so it shouldn'tbe fishy anymore. Gees ....
