Worst drive thru. Placed an order and forgot to add fries to my order. The employee state we are not allowed to take orders from... the window. I'll call a Mgr. Used to be an an ok store, but lately the lobby closes way too early at 9pm! I can never make it there to get food after work.... This is a safe area, other BK's in bad areas are open until way later than this one. Other new issues are: Something is alwayscrawling or flying inside. Nasty smelling homeless guys keeps on sleeping inside. I'm skipping this store for now. Even if Imake it before 9pm, the sight of homeless mentally ill folks sheltering inside is killing all the appetite. Read more
Always under staffed, with long wait times. For example, my experience has been over 45min to get 2 whoppers, just sandwiches... with no combos. Looks like they need to up their staff pay, or otherwise all the fast food servers are going to become deliveryservers, since Uber eats and all the delivery apps pay more then the fast food service worker force. Also, my order ways wrong,the 2 whoppers became 2 double whopper with bacon. Read more
I have been coming to this Burger King for years and tonight a young lady was so nice and kind. I really love when I find that... kind of service, and her happiness is so contagious. Thanks for having people that makes your food more enjoyable. Read more
