I go sometimes to get the veggie burger since I'm vegetarian.. but the last time it was just NOT good, I came in made my order... and went to get some water and as soon as I sat down my burger was served... I was a bit surprise since it took less than aminute to my order to be ready... started eating and first bite it felt like a rock, very hard or like if it was cooked forhours... I imagine they were cooking it for hours or for a long time and when I got there I was the winner.... Fries were alsocold... I asked for the manager but was in the back unavailable for a few minutes at that time.. I received a call from mydaughter and had to leave quick. I wanted to let you know that day the food I paid $15 was a waste of money, burger and frieswent in the garbage.. Thank you. Read more

Very friendly. BUT I have concerns when I see all African American workers in back, away from guests, and all Hispanic or... lighter-skinned workers up front, talking to guests. Rubs me the wrong way. Black men are very capable of having positiveinteractions with people. They also screwed up my order. Read more

Food is pricey (but isn?t everything these days) but good and the service I had was top notch friendly, informative and... attentive. My fries were flavor and toppings were perfectly placed just not plopped down. My burger was fresh and juicy, I lovetheir buns. But the service at this location is what stood out for me. Read more

Awesome burgers. Staff a little testy but overall a good experience.

The staff and location are fantastic! That's undeniable, they chose a great spot (by a target, off US1, etc) and they're... wonderful at staffing. But the burgers don't really do it for me. I've eaten here three times now (two were take-aways actually)and it feels a little bit like the burgers are being dressed up to something they aren't. Like they want to broach the artisanalside of things but don't want to charge artisanal prices. I get that. And to a degree, I appreciate it! But it feels like maybethey aren't able to do either part that well then. The burgers aren't bad! They just aren't worth writing home about eitherthough. If you just want to put some burgers into your body but don't care about the experience, and you're in the area, then Iguess this is the spot. I was told such good things about their burgers, maybe you will find them different...I have not. Read more

Had the Wagyu CEO burger and was not disappointed. Burger meat was flavorful, sauce on point, fresh condiments and a decent bun... that could still use a bit more perfection. Read more

Great food but their patties are inconsistent. Last week we ordered two burgers. The wife ended up with a well done patty and I... with a rare patty. I definitely did not order it rare. Read more

I visited BurgerFi a few weeks ago at the insistence of my vegetarian significant other, and believe it or not, these burgers do... not disappoint. I ordered a burger that had bacon and a fry and cry (I think that?s what they called it). The burger was juicy, the onion rings in the fry and cry were delicious and I was very impressed with the vegetarian selections. BurgerFi caters to awide variety of taste pallets/preferences and I think that?s what I truly appreciated the most. Additionally, the place wasclean, the staff members were kind and accommodating, and it is definitely a place worth trying. Skip the fast food and chooseBurgerFi, trust me, it?s a win. Read more
