Located at the Hyatt Brickell in Miami, it was convenient for us to just pop in for breakfast. My breakfast was the Americano... and it was good. I also had a mimosa. While the restaurant was nice, clean and bright and the food was good, I wish I could saythe same about the service :( It was about a 3 hr ordeal. We had to chase our server for orders as she barely came by. Orderswere wrong. We asked for 3 separate bills and they were wrong twice and that alone took 45 min to fix. Im hoping it was just abad morning due to being short staffed etc. Will try again tomorrow and give it another chance Read more

When you get off the elevator into the place the vibe is great. The food was amazing, the drinks reminded you that you were on... vaction. The desserts on point. The host Felipe was an amazing host making our experience even better. Read more

I was staying at the Hyatt Centric on Brickell Bay Road and decided to try their Cuban restaurant Cana. All i can say is WOW!... Upon exiting the elevators, you enter a very chic establishment. They have indoor or outdoor seating which is nice. The bar isin the center. It the perfect size. They have big windows and a selection of booth and tables. I actually dined there twice.Once for lunch where i had the power lunch for $12. I got the fish, beans and rice with a soft drink for $12. That was aninsanely low price for this lunch. The fish was grouper and it was cooked to perfection with a lemon butter and caper sauce. Mymouth was singing! The service was good. Each server is really busy but you should expect that and appreciate them just beingthere. I went a second time for dinner and ordered the dinner portion $32. I ate every bite! They can cook fish so well and thistime i tried the flan dessert. It was mouth watering and very authentic. I plan on visiting Miami often and will return whetheri stay at The Hyatt Centric or not. Me and my boyfriend wanted to take a little vacation and we stayed at the Hyatt Centric Brickell for a couple of nights and let... me tell you? the hotel was amazing, it is perfectly Locatel in the heart of brickell so you can literally walk everywhere,everything is clean and beautiful, staff is super nice! But the biggest highlight of our stay was cañas restaurant! We hadbreakfast the two mornings we were here for and I can?t explain how AMAZING their pancakes are. They are PERFECTION! Best taste,best texture, best size. Literally the best pancakes I ever had in my life!!! My boyfriend and I tried them the first morningand we could not wait for breakfast the next day just so we can have them again! We went to the popular and fancy restaurants inMiami and honestly NOTHING had us like caña did! Amazing service and hotel! I?m not even the one to leave reviews but this onedeserves one! Read more

Wow wow wow. This restaurant is one of those rare hidden gems. The food is without a doubt, some of the tastiest I?ve ever... tried. I highly recommend the shrimp garlic dish as a starter. It?s heavenly good. Their cubanero sandwich is a popular one andI can confirm that it?s great. The service was magnificent too. From the hostess to our server. Good dish recommendations, happyto change something on my dish after it was served to us (french fries to salad) and pointed out several sightseeing in thearea. Top experience! Read more

Food: The clam dish is highly exceeded my expectation. We tried one appetizer and two main dishes. We are seafood lovers and... definitely love these dishes. We really love the clam dish it taste so fresh and a little bit sour. Indoor/Outdoor: They haveoutdoor seats but because it is very close to street and a bit noisy, so we chose to seat indoor. It was not crowded during noontime. The ambiance and decors inside this restaurant are both good! Location: it is inside Hyatt hotel at the second floor,easy to access. This restaurant is located inside the Hyatt Centric hotel in Brickell, on the second floor. It has a modern/contemporary... ambiance and decor. With colorful murals, that show that this is a Caribbean cuisine spot. I don?t believe there are manyCuban/Caribbean restaurants in the area. So it is nice to see that this place is there. For our appetizer we ordered theCamarones Rebosados and the Guava Burrata. Both very good tasting and served with cuban bread toasts. For Entrees we had thegrilled fish and the Cubano sandwich, which I have to say is a must to order. For dessert we got Flan, very good feelshomemade. Overall the food is authentic Cuban, traditional but with a little upscale twist. Would definitely visit again. Read more

Surprised is an understatement when it comes to Caña. This isn't your typical restaurant hotel, upon entry the decor is very... modern, chic and welcoming. We were welcomed by a very enthusiastic waiter who was very attentive and knowledgeable about themenu. The food met my expectations: fresh and savory! I had the scallop, pork, and chicken which were all mouthwatering. Ifyou're getting dessert, definitely try the flan!
