Terrible service. Gone a few times in the morning on the weekends and have been told they don?t have any more croquetas or... tequeños. When they feel like it, after a long silence, they tell me to wait they will cook / fry more. Today I was toldthey don?t have anymore - of the basic bakery items. I?m looking for another bakery where they are pleasant and actually feellike working. Read more

I went to this bakery today to order 50 cheese pastries. I asked if they could not put sugar on top of them, it is for a... Kindergarten event, and this is how it was requested. The employee said they couldn't do it but she'd call the OWNER to findout. The owner said "quien se piensa el?"//"Who does he think he is?" for requesting a pastry without sugar. There are so manybetter bakeries in the area, I had just chosen this one because of its proximity to the school. DO NOT GO HERE. Worst customerservice and subpar quality food. Read more

Who is the owner for this bakery? They have the most irresponsible and inattentive clerks in the face of the planet. And i Say... this with all honesty. I placed an order yesterday for 50 items for a small birthday party. They don?t have a cake for 50 andthe clerk, Deis, had no motivation or incentive to take my order at all. I?m currently calling and no one answers the phone. I?mhoping my order is ready. This is Mas nunca for me. Read more

Please don't go here. So many delicious bakeries.in the area. Somehow I have ordered from here a few times by mistake.... Everything is cold. Butter isn't even meltes on the cuban toast, the bread is never toasted on sandwiches. Shame this placecould actually be decent but lazy employees is the problem. Save yourself the disappointment and Go to Casa Potin or Party CakeBakery. Read more

If you want some bakeries, you should drive else where and save yourself a trip, because this store won't be open. Today at... 7:00 pm, i was "told" by the employee through hand gestures that they were closed. Although they were supposed to close at 8:00,the open sign was on, two employees inside, standing by the shelves, and staring at their phones, the doors were locked. I washappy that those bakeries were well guarded and protected by the distracted employees and locked doors, but sad at the same timethey can't be consumed by a very hungry customer who just wanted some croquettes. This was the second time they closed beforeclosing hour within 2 months of time. I wish I could get off whenever I want to, just like them. Read more
