We came here for breakfast and it was GREAT!!! I ordered the Caribe breakfast because I wanted pancakes and my husband ordered... the breakfast sandwich. We couldn't stop picking from each other's plates. The parcha (passion fruit) juice and coffee wereperfect and sweet. Everything was delicious and service was prompt. Will come back here again :) Read more

Amazing Cuban restaurant! All the ladies here are so welcoming, friendly, and the ambiance is very homely. They speak mostly... Spanish but they understood everything we said (as non-Spanish speakers) and all of our food was spot on. We also got a littlesample of their Cuban coffee and it was super yummy -- sweet and strong. The food portions are huge, most dishes come with oneor two sides and the drinks we ordered (frozen lime & papaya shake) are delicious. The place is pretty cheap as well, I'd saythat 2 dishes (anywhere from $16-25 each depending on what you order) could probably feed a table of 4 comfortably, and 4 dishes(including all the sides) you would be stuffed and have plenty to take home after. They have a great selection of optionsranging from sandwiches to seafood and some more regional stuff like braised ox tail, goat in wine sauce, cassava, and friedplantain chips. They also offer desserts, we ordered the flan which was sweet and very tasty. They do charge for takeoutcontainers but it was only 0.35¢ each and they are generously sized. A 15% tip is automatically added, but honestly it'sdefinitely worth tipping more for the service we got. All in all, if you are a tourist or even just looking for a place to eatnearby, definitely consider giving Caribe a try. Satisfying and filling food at a great price. Read more
