My husband and I love coming to this Carrabba's on Flagler Street. We always ask for the server Mark. He goes above and beyond... to make our dining experience wonderful. Nowadays service just isn?t there like it used to be. It was so good to have that 5 starcustomer service experience. You see, ???? it wasn?t forced , it came from the heart ??. I have been here many times for dinner and tonight I decided to get take out. The delivery person made a mistake with Frank?s. I... received the wrong order in other words. I called and the manager Hannah was so amazing. She made sure my right order wasdelivered. She followed up, she called me, she apologized. I can?t say enough about this. Our dining experience was exceptional. Although the food was very good, it was our server who made the experience exceptional! ... Camila greeted us with a smile and immediately demonstrated her knowledge of the menu by answering our questions with greatdetail. In addition, she made a delicious recommendation that I absolutely enjoyed! Camila ensured that our food arrivedtimely and correct. Moreover, she checked on us several times to see if we needed anything and to ascertain that everything wasto our satisfaction.
