I talked to the owner, great guy and seems passionate about his pizza. Everything looked fresh and was eye watering but what... gave it away before I even got to take the pizza out to my vehicle and taste it was the sound of the crunching as he started tocut the slices. Then I knew that it was about to be fire. I love pizza and I got to taste roman pizza in Rome, this is authenticRoman pizza, look no further. It tasted amazing. So thank you! Came here off the recommendation of @josiaheats on Instagram and it did NOT disappoint. The owner instantly welcomed us,... explained the flavors and sizes, and even gave us a glimpse into the ingredients they use and their process for making thedough. We ordered the Four Cheese and a little bit of the Margarita pizza.
