One does not wake up in the mornings in a good mood to be treated with disrespect by other employees from the same mall. This is... exactly what happens at charley?s. There is a server with black hair and beard that has been extremely rude, for simply asking aquestion, since I started going there. Very very unhappy with the service i received. My friend and i were getting food from the food court i decided on Charley's i... ordered at 7:02 a small drink and fries i asked if the food on the counter was mine. The employee asked me to see my receipt hesaid no....i then waited 10 min walked off to see if my friend wanted to order her food since i was waiting...i asked her tocheck to see if mine was done while she was waiting. When she asked about my order they told her to calm down. What? Are youserious? I'm done. I just asked for a refund and left. Read more
