This Chili is the worst chili I have ever eaten at. Not only did they get our order wrong. They served us uncooked chicken. And... all the manager Angie wanted to do was refund us our chicken sandwich. Worst place ever I will not be eating there again! Read more
The service was horribly slow, but that seems to be the norm these days! The food was delicious, and at a great price. I highly... recommend any of the burgers, and fajitas. The Southwest Egg Rolls are incredible, and so are the honey chipotle wings. You MUSTtry the mozzarella logs! Read more
The place super clean. Server did a good job. Food was fresh however my chicken Caesar salad looked like a side salad for $12.00... which was extremely small for the price. But the drinks were good. Read more
We visited this location to celebrate Mother's Day, and had a great experience. When we entered the restaurant, we didn't have... to wait for a table. Once we were seated, our server came to the table and asked if we needed more time to review the menu(which we did). He came back to get our drink orders, then we ordered lunch. I had the Queso Burger which is a half-poundpatty covered in white queso, crunchy tortilla strips & pico. It also comes with a side of fries. The food came out in adecent amount of time considering the restaurant was filling up quick with other diners. My burger was cooked perfectly, andthe fries were great! Overall, this is a great place! The staff are friendly, the food is good, the bathroom was clean, andthe parking lot is super easy to navigate. If I'm in the area, I would definitely visit again! Read more
Horrible service, Including the manager service. Sat down for 20 minutes, no waiters. People came after us and were attended... first. Manager took our order and was incorrectly. One plate never came. When I asked to cancel the missing plate, the managersent another person with attitude with the check. The food received was overheated and taste was bad. Never will be back again,not recommended. I love chilis but this one it's the worst ever. I would like to give no star, but I don't have the option. Read more
Free chips with salsa if you sign up with your phone-- the chips were greasy. Beef in sizzling fajita was well done but still... moist and tasty. Their sizzling fajita came with black beans which tasted very OK. The bacon rancher burger was also welldone but still had decent taste. The blackberry and mango iced tea didn't taste good. I recommend you order the unflavorediced tea and just request for slices of green lime. The mini-molten cake is classic-- end your meal with one. Read more
This Chili?s needs to get it together. This is the 3rd time that I take my family here; 6:45 on a Wednesday evening and the wait... is 45 MINUTES! Why, you ask? Because half of the restaurant is empty due to not enough wait staff. This restaurant is brandnew. There is no reason for it to be so poorly understaffed. At least the current staff is super frie?.oh wait. They?re alsorude. One waiter told me that needed to ?talk to the kitchen? when I asked why it took over 30 minutes to get my food on amidweek afternoon. All I?m saying?definitely not getting what you pay for. This place is it or miss. Sometimes the service is great. Most of the time, I?m told there?s no booths available for me and my 5... year old and 9 year old. It?s not cause there?s actually no seating. There?s no staff to accommodate. The bar is simply not anoption for my 2 small children to be in. I do not feel comfortable with them on those bar stools. So alas, I came, waited andleft. Hostess was not thrilled with my insistence of a booth and as I waited, another mother with a small child walked in andrequested a booth.
