I was giving this location another chance. And again another horrible experience today. I order online today a biwl wirh... chicken. I got lettuce instead of guac. Went back again I talked to the manager explained that I have constantly getting myonline orders wrong more than 50 percent at a time. Manager went to remake my order. I got guacamole but after I tried thechicken a piece of it and it tasted burnt. I look most of the other pieces of chicken and 80 percent all of it is burnt. I have been coming to this chipotle for years and for the past few times I?ve ordered through Uber eats I?ve been extremely... dissatisfied and disgusted so I had to go in person to see what was going on because in the in person experience and taste wasalways better. I I assumed wrong there service and PRESENTATION has gone way down hill wish I could have taken of picture of howthese employees kept the food area and toppings, it looked like someone had a food fight in there all the toppings were CROSSCONTAMINATED . Along with EVERY single table inside was completely FILTHY . I?m not one to write reviews but I was in suchshock I had to. this location needs a MAJOR management UPGRADE. The worst Chipotle ever. Always run out of food. Never have sweet tea. Be careful with your online order. We just got stale... chips and no guacamole, they substituted three guacs on our plate and two sides of guacs for one queso bottle. They didn?t tellus they ran out of tomatoes too. They just figured we?d get home and nothing happens. Busy or not they always have a problembeing honest and supplies. Garbage and not to mention the food was so cold. Don't expect amazing service or anything, it's a little below average. I am not sure if there is a manager on site either. I... never see anyone cleaning the tables or helping the employees move the lines. One time I was there and the cashier up frontneeded help figuring out something with my rewards... the man she was having help her didn't speak English fluently. He wasasking her how to translate words from Spanish that he was trying to explain to me. The word was "minimum"... He was nice, butnot knowing English is wild if he was the manager. Read more
