Not like the other chipotle?s I?ve been too. Terrible service and the food was plain and the meat was cold and dry. The food... tasted a week old. As i bit down on my burrito, boom! Everything fell a part. I mean there was no effort at all when it came towrapping my burrito. Tables weren?t fully cleaned, the benches were full of rice and dried sauces. The only thing that wasdecent was the lemonade, but even that was meh since it tasted like artificial juice with lemon juice. I would give this 0 starsbut unfortunately I can?t. Read more
When I picked up my order the entire order was wrong. The tacos were practically empty. I ordered chips and queso and didn't... receive the queso. I went back to tell one of the employees working at the takeout station and she said "we have nothing youordered", when I clearly see other customers placing their order in store with all the items she claimed was not available. So Iask her (the employee at the takeout station) if I can have the items I requested from the other station and she rolled her eyesand snatched the container from my hand. She then proceeds to put the smallest amout of each item in the container (not even inthe taco). At this point I could not believe what she was doing and other customers waiting for their food acknowledge the factthat she was being rude to me. She comes back without saying anything and shoves the plate in my hand. I ask her if i can havethe queso for my chips (which was also missing). She says that she is out of queso. At this point I'm frustrated with herattitude and asked her to either give me my money back or give me what I paid for. HORRIBLE SERVICE. If you cant talk politelyto people, dont work in a customer service job. Read more
I had been going to this location for the past few months and decided to join the rewards club. I accumulated 618 points and... unlocked 400 pts for guac. For some reason the points wouldn't show up when my order was processed. The manager would not lookat my phone where it clearly showed the reward and was rude about it. So I paid without getting the reward and left. To top itoff when I opened the container to eat I discovered the meat was almost entirely fat and gristle. Worst Chipotle ever!!! Read more
We visited this location today for lunch. The food tasted great. The service was pretty fast but the lady making our food was... pretty stingy on the salsa and kept telling us every salsa was spicy. We know? That?s why we come here and why we like it. It?snot that spicy. Then she offered a vinaigrette but only gave me half a container. In terms of cleanliness, the bathrooms wereokay except for mirrors and floors, and they were almost out of soap. We ate outside and some the tables were dirty. Read more
Im a chipotle lover but today i had the worse experience at chipotle, i got here at 9:20pm they closed at 10. First I wanted... carnitas, they didn't have vegetables and carnitas and refused to make them, when i got the line the guy serving was Putting alot of everything without even listening to what i was asking. I don't expect great service from chipotle but today's servicewas horrible. After we got our bowls we couldn't find a clean table all of them were dirty and there were only two people in therestaurant. I was craving chipotle badly bad definitely I didn't enjoy as usual even though the food was good as always. Itseems to me there is not management overseeing their poor attitude employees. Read more
This place is the most horrible experience of the fast food, it was dirty and slow it was 5 employees en the back and only one... making the food, I asked for the carne asada, and she was scraping the holder, she put a half spoon of meat with 9 pieces on,the tables were so dirty I saw another customer asking to clean the table, one of the employees came out and Still cleaning theother tables she cleaned hers and when to the back. I took 30 minutes to get to the counter and we only have a couple in frontof us, it was so slow that they left so we were able to be at front, it was on Sunday at 3:00 PM and the line was all the way tothe front door. I always experience good food and service at Chipotle but this location is the champions of the bad service andhorrible experience. Read more
Photos don't do it justice, but all of the tables were dirty. Tried to eat outside and same thing...all tables dirty. One member... of staff not wearing a mask. Another staff member was very rude and unwelcoming. No ice in the soda machine. Do not come here.Go to another location. Read more
I went to this location for dinner with my brother tonight. We love eating at chipotle and its a normal thing for late night... Saturdays when we dont want to cook at home. This time my brother was ahead in line so he ordered before me, he got rice, blackbeans and carnitas and a really generous amount of each as well. Shortly afterwards i told the employee i wanted the same orderhe got, the employee then proceeded to give me no more than a third of what my brother got, and when i told him to put some morehe told me he would charge me extra, which is ridiculous. He later on agreed to putting some more carnita in, but to mysurprise, he picked up the smallest most insignificant pebble of carnita from the corner of the container and put it on top ofmy opened burrito, and then slid it towards the next station. What a joke of consistency regarding food quantity, and theemployee is there every single time i have gone and he takes so long. At times he even takes the liberty to stop the ordermidway to go refill the containers on his coworker?s section, leaving us and the rest of the line just looking at him calmly andslowly refill every halfway container of food before coming back to his station.
