I love this place!! I go here a lot for lunch and have ordered delivery for dinner mannny times. The food never has... disappointed me.. been ordering from here probably two years. A good range of menu items. Im a big fan of their chicken cubanbowl / chicken sandwich When i eat there the service is pleasant, nice employees... i have yet to have any issues. This place is awesome. Direct competitor to nearby food places. They serve cuban coffee, have a couple beer options. Theres... bfast, fritas, sandwiches and some plates. Food is GREAT, service is GREAT. Price is definitely REASONABLE. If youre expectingto be catered unrealstically like a fake queen or king get a grip... this place does the JOB. Employees are nice. I've always had Cuban Guys as a 5 star cuban fast food restaurant but i got to say, the colada was horrible and, come on, you... can't mess up a colada in a cuban restaurant, food was great as always but seriously, the colada?! It tasted hot, that's aboutit????. I will make sure to take a sip before leaving next time. Read more
I had the pleasure to meet crystal and her staff! The service and food was impeccable. I had two scrambled egg breakfast with... fries, the chicken salad and an iced coffee that was made to perfection by Crystal for my daughter whom is never satisfied andshe loved it. Pulled pork sandwiches were cold, bland... not even worth the BOGO. I would like to revise my review. The owner promptly... contacted me which goes a long way in my view. DO NOT GET FOOD DELIVERED FROM HERE!! -CUBAN SANDWICH NOT EDIBLE!! Tasted bad! Not very much meat, lacked true cuban flavor.... The sandwich was soggy and not crispy on the outside. The sandwich wasn?t even flattened the way the sandwich should be. Thiswas not a true cuban sandwich at all. -Ordered the crispy chicken salad. Asked for no onions....there were onions all on top ofthe tomatoes. Three paper thin slices of tomatoes. Two or three spoonfuls of corn and a container full of lettuce. There was nosalad dressing provided. -Plaintain chips were overcooked and burnt. They were not edible. I have to wonder who is in thekitchen today. -The ham croquettes had no flavor. I had to throw them out along with the rest of the food from thisdelivery -Are all delivery customers subjected to what should not be called food!! In addition why is that places that deliverfood neglect to put any eating utensils with the orders? Wish I could get back all my money for the entire delivery. Read more
This is what I was served today around 4pm at this Flagler & 82 ave location. While the manager was stuffing himself next to me.... When I told the cashier "is this what I get for a $10 pan con croqueta?" THE manager never ever BOTHERED to say anything. Thecashier was courteous and professional enough to give me the option to get something else. The manager got up from the tablenext to me and did absolutely nothing but pretended that I wasn't even there! Guys you should be embarrassed to call this aCuban place period!
