Awesome plus excellent service before eat and eat all gone
I do not recommend this place. The service is very bad. I was waiting for more than 50 minutes for breakfast and what they had... in the whole restaurant was perhaps 4 people and when I asked the waitress if she knew how long the food took, she I asked thecook, and in a very bad way he started to yell at him and tell him that we had to wait longer, but that person's attitude wasthe one that bothered me the most and made me feel discriminated against, because if he had spoken in a good way it would beunderstood but this person started screaming like crazy in front of everyone. This experience was simply out of this world. Every dish that we purchased was bursting with flavor and I have honestly never... had anything like it. I could not have asked for better service from the workers and there attitudes were simply perfect. Thisexperience was like eating a slice of heaven. My experience was very good. I know is not a high end restaurant but it is only fair that I review them based on specific... metrics that I appreciate. Time to be served: About 3 mins from entering i was seated, even thought they ate kindabusy. Attitude and customer service: My waitress was cordial and helped search and apply online to get my free birthday "GrandSlam". I was expecting a different behavior once she learn that I was eating for free, but she remained helpful andupbeat. Food quantity and quality: The plates were simple but actually appropriate for anyone's dietary needs, unless you areaccustomed to eating like a pig, then you'll be disappointed. Food delivery: Plates were on my table within 10 mins from theorder, this was refreshing. Overall look and feel of the place: Plenty of seating, very clean, the illumination was perfect,the background music was perfect for me, low volume 80's songs that did not conflict with the volume of the TVs. Overall a verygood, simple experience if you are leveled-minded and not in a rush, or super hungry and stressed. My waitress name is:Silvana. Absolutely the best Denny's for food and customer service. Jonathan was an absolutely the best!! Very attentive! His attitude... was so refreshing and genuine. He definitely had the 'service with a smile' attitude...even though he had a mask on you stillknew he was smiling. The coffee & the food were great. Read more
