I've gone here to order and pick up twice. I suggest you never do that. You are completely ignored. It happened both times. What... a complete waste of time. There is no one to take orders. They are either delivering or baking. You will wait forever. They justalways seem like they are struggling and there is no oder or fluidness in their job. I called inan order and the employee whoanswered did not even know the basics of what they had nor did he know absolutely anything else. It was as though he did noteven work there. For EVERY SINGLE THING I said or asked he had to put me on hold to get the answer. He did not EVEN KNOW the6.99 mediums nor anything about any pizza NOR the prices for things. It was pathetic!!! YET, after all that the pizza came outfine. Not Fantastic, but Fine. Except they forgot an ingredient and hardly put Any of the topping I paid EXTRA for. Parking?Just forget it. This is quite literally the worst dominos I?ve ever had to order from, one time they just never delivered my order after 2 hours... I had to go pick it up & they wanted to act like I never order, I had the right store, I had the right phone number &everything. To add on that I could see my pan pizza with wings on the shelf? Another occasion I went to pick up my order becauseI don?t trust deliveries from here anymore, they told me order wasn?t ready just to wait there another extra 30 minutes & thenhave them tell me it had been sitting there on the self. Honestly the lack of desire to work is unbelievable I understand theyaren?t making much money & this using their careers but come on at least some desire to be OKAY at their jobs. Terrible experience pizzas never made to order. we ordered two Brooklyn style pizzas with extra pepperoni and bacon, there was... no bacon and little to no pepperoni. Pizza was cold upon pick up when asked why we I was told to get lost and that they don?tget paid enough to care, management is unprofessional and doesn?t take care of customers, when asked to talk with the manager Iwas told no. No one ever picks to the phone when calling to place an order. All employees to include management was all on therephone not helping customers. They were also playing inappropriate music with children in the store. Worst domino u when in to pick up my order and they didn't even know what my order was. They had me waiting for almost 1 hour... and when I saw my order come out they said I couldn't have it cause they didn't have a ticket for it. Times are tough and ???? is cheap. I really feel bad for these guys but they are definitely a well-oiled machine. Since I can't add another review I'm just going to edit my initial review from 6 months ago. This place is absolutely horrible.... They never add garlic to the crust and they completely screw up our online order every single time. They always forget topingswhich I pay for. Not only that, but they substitute without calling me. We never order jalapeños because our kids don't likethem, but they still manage to sneak jalapeños into our food. To make matters worse, they removed their store phone number fromthe internet. I had to get it through a survey. But even when I call for them to correct my order, they still never answer thephones. Whoever owns this store needs to have their franchise pulled because they don't follow the same service and protocols asother stores. ------------------------ (6 months ago) This place has horrible customer service.
