It is a great store workers friendly an work hard to please the customers an make a mean delicious pizza ????! The pizza is good, but the time I had to wait is ridiculous. My first order, I had to wait over an hour, I was upset but still... gave them another chance and waited two and a half hour. I seem to enjoy misery because a went a 3rd time and it took 1hour 45minutes. This is crazy, pizza hut is 15 minutes! Read more
There should be a way to give a review without a star. Because this location shouldn?t even get one star. I placed my order at... 12:40 and received my delivery at 3:30. It?s pizza for godness sake. On top of the ridiculous extreme delay my soda was missing. I called and was told it would be delivered. Unbelievable and beyond unprofessional to deliver the soda 2 hours after the 3hours late pizza arrived. This is by far the worst service I?ve experience. The truth is the employees are not at fault. Thisunprofessionalism and horrible service falls on the store and district manager. It?s quite simple solution. Takes these simplesteps: 1.) Hire more employees 2.) Advice corp to update your website with notice to the consumer that your understaffed andthere is a 3 hour window. Therefore your customers can plan ahead and order there lunch or dinner during breakfast time. 3.)last but not least discuss with your HR department a recruiting retaining plan. Shy away from this place. Pizza was burnt stale and cold they forgot my salad and its been over an hour waiting for it to... arrive. Manager Keisha gave me an additude as if it was my fault that they dident bring the salad and that the pizza was coldstale and burnt. She got furious because i brought it to her attention. Unbelievable. She Hung up on me and wouldent take mycall. What aggrevassion i went through over a pizza and a salad. Got ripped off. High price for terrible food and service. Read more
I ordered online, the order was ready in about 10 mins- nice and fast, 1 simple ?Brooklyn Style? medium pizza. I may be a little... picky but I think if you see a pizza come out of the oven and it looks like this just remake it. ? where did the toppings go?They just flew off? The customer shouldn?t have to check the pizza before leaving just for you to say ?sometimes it happens? and? using a new dough? . I stated ? I would like it remade. After about 3 mins talking with the cashier and cook about how thepizza looks, I decided to just keep it. Then they insisted on a credit and that they could remake it??????? Did I not alreadyrequest this??? IF IT LOOKS LIKE THE PHOTO RIGHT OUT OF THE OVEN JUST REMAKE IT!!! My order was cancelled after a 3 hour wait. They hung up the phone 4 times 2 hours before closing they stopped answering the... phone. Definitely needs new management!!! Read more
